Dalia Ozden Avsar brings more than two decades of international real estate experience to Greenflash Realty. Originally from Turkey, she has worked across Dubai, Canada, the United States, and Mexico, helping clients navigate property decisions across markets and cultures.

Dalia began her real estate career in Dubai in 2004, during a period of rapid growth and change in the city’s property market. She later spent eight years as a licensed real estate professional in Toronto and developed experience in Southern California and Texas. Her international perspective helps buyers and sellers understand both the local details of a transaction and the broader goals behind it.

In addition to her work with Greenflash Realty, Dalia leads international investor relations for Astamar Asset Management, connecting investors across the GCC, Europe, Turkey, and Latin America with the firm’s real estate platform. She holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a certificate from the London School of Economics.
